At Heritage Farmers Confederation, our mission is simple: to protect and promote the rights of regenerative farmers, homesteaders and consumers alike. We believe that everyone should have the freedom to choose high-quality, nourishing food produced sustainably. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, we strive to create a more equitable food system that respects the rights of both farmers and consumers.

In short, we’re sticking up for the underdogs. 

Our Journey

For nearly a decade, I have been an unwavering advocate for small regenerative farmers, actively working to ensure that their voices are heard in the halls of power. My journey has included testifying in Senate committee hearings to defend the legal status of raw milk in Tennessee, passionately fighting for the rights of both producers and consumers. 

Throughout this journey, I have cultivated strong relationships with advocacy groups, attorneys, lobbyists, and lawmakers both in Tennessee and across the nation.  These connections are vital as we work together to navigate the complexities of agricultural policies and promote sustainable practices.

Most recently, I have taken a significant step forward by organizing the Heritage Farmers Confederation—an initiative aimed at uniting regenerative and small farmers to amplify our collective voice. Together, we advocate for consumer rights and the freedom to choose the foods that nourish our bodies and sustain our communities.
